Role Overview:

we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Pakistan. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline progress, market feedback, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within financial services, investment, or related sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
