Role Overview
Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving growth across both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by developing and managing high-value relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a polished and driven professional with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to confidently engage with U.S.-based clients. This individual will play a key role in expanding our business through strategic outreach, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives for both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by identifying and engaging with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts, performance, and results.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during client calls, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles, preferably in an international or U.S.-focused market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional-level English fluency.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly polished, refined, and confident demeanor to represent the firm effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
