Outbound Sales Development Representative (French/English)

Role Overview 

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to target accounts. In this role, you will identify key decision-makers, understand their compliance needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. This position plays a vital role in building pipeline through strategic outreach and close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.

This role follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect into an assigned new logo account list to identify contacts who may need our solutions.
  • Continually learn to diagnose client’s compliance challenges and how we might help them.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key buying personas within prospect accounts and secure commitment to discuss their compliance needs and our solutions in more detail with a designated sales representative.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between qualified potential buyers and the sales team that results in closed/won business.
  • Collaborate with assigned sales representative(s) on call/email campaigns within targeted accounts.
  • Gather and document market intelligence from prospect accounts on competitive solutions that they may be using.
  • Implement outbound prospecting campaigns developed by Marketing, Product and Commercial Leadership.
  • Document engagement activity within Salesforce.com.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of successful sales prospecting or business development experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
  • English and French Proficiency
