Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, senior-level Marketing Automation Manager to drive the development and execution of our global marketing automation strategy. This individual will be a critical player in translating business requirements into technical solutions, operating with a high level of autonomy and precision. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, deeply data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment.
This role follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketo management, strategy development and execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of Marketo including campaign creation and optimization, complex multitouch nurture execution, scoring models, dynamic chat, and A/B testing.
- Integration ownership: Manage and optimize integrations between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy. Support integration with key marketing channels (Oktopost, iCapture, LinkedIn, WordPress).
- Reporting and insights: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance read-outs and scorecards, providing actionable insights and driving continuous optimization across all programs.
- Website and chat collaboration: Partner with digital teams on dynamic chat optimization and personalization strategies that drive inquiry capture and pipeline growth.
- Data stewardship and hygiene: Proactively monitor and resolve data gaps and integrity issues, enabling accurate segmentation, targeting, and performance reporting, and own the end-to-end RingLead/Marketo integration to support data enrichment, normalization, and round robin inquiry routing.
- Stakeholder enablement and training: Develop detailed documentation and deliver ongoing training to internal stakeholders.
- Global localization support: Support globalization and localization efforts for marketing programs across key regions.
- End-to-end management of offshore marketing automation support agency: Oversee daily collaboration, workflow management, and performance quality of offshore agency resources supporting marketing automation execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Marketo experience developing and activating marketing automation strategy and roadmaps with measurable success
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with proven knowledge of Marketo/SFDC integration configuration
- Prior experience working in a global B2B environment
- Strong data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and operational execution
- Highly autonomous, resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in project management, program monitoring, and performance analysis
