About the Role
At Plutus21 Capital, rigorous research is at the core of our investment strategy. The Research Quality Assurance (QA) Lead ensures that every report, model, and memo reflects the firm’s standards of precision, clarity, and investor relevance. This role is both editorial and analytical, combining a sharp eye for detail with strong investment literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and review research reports to ensure they meet professional and investor-ready standards.
- Maintain consistency of tone, structure, and messaging across all research and company-wide outputs.
- Develop and implement QA frameworks for research outputs, data models, and investment memos.
- Collect, maintain, and structure large financial, blockchain, and macroeconomic datasets
- Review research for methodological soundness, statistical rigor, and data integrity.
- Coordinate with analysts and researchers to provide structured feedback and ensure revisions are addressed.
- Maintain version control and documentation standards across research products.
- Establish best practices for reproducibility, citation, and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related discipline (PhD preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in research management, editorial oversight, or data auditing.
- Strong understanding of econometrics, data pipelines, and financial analysis.
- Experience with reproducibility tools (Git, Jupyter, LaTeX, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to enforce high standards.
