Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on cold outreach and structured engagement to generate new business opportunities. You will identify decision-makers, build relationships, and support sales pipeline growth. This role requires resilience, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Run structured engagement cadences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. (Currently using Revenue.io but may switch to Salesloft—training provided.)
  • Identify decision-makers and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed lead tracking in Salesforce (CRM) and other sales tools.
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to align outreach with business needs.
  • Support pipeline growth by identifying and nurturing potential prospects (including churned leads).

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French-English or German-English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, but training provided).
