Role Overview

This role will act as the operational anchor for our Team, owning reporting, performance tracking, forecasting workflows, and cross-functional coordination with leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics.
  • Support execution related-tasks of projects by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across teams
  • Own and drive performance operations: build, track, and optimize KPIs for the commercial team
  • Collaborate closely with sales and commercial leads to monitor pipelines, forecasts, and revenue-driving activities
  • Build clear, executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate performance, risks, and projections
  • Implement and maintain operational processes to streamline admin, reporting, and internal coordination
  • Serve as the communication bridge between commercial execution and internal leadership/stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies, anticipate challenges, and implement preventative solutions in real-time
  • Manage documentation, meeting notes, action items, and other administrative workflows that support team alignment
  • Champion operational best practices and tools that drive team efficiency and accountability

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports (e.g., using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and managers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Administrative competency and attention to detail
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • English fluency and good command of French.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales/ops tools
  • Experience in high-growth, tech-forward, or consulting environments
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
