Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive data-driven growth through strategic online campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who excels in optimizing paid advertising channels, managing SEO initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop creatives and video ads using AI tools to support new lookalike and retargeting campaigns.
SEO and Content Optimization
  • Conduct onsite and offsite SEO initiatives, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for partner websites.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO action items, including improvements on CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Optimize website content following the latest SEO best practices and audit recommendations.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance and SEO efforts, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and creative teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Communicate campaign progress, blockers, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
Tool Management
  • Maintain and manage access to platforms like Google Tags and shared drives.
  • Ensure credentials are securely stored and accessible to authorized personnel.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles, preferably with 2+ years in a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Google Ads, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A proactive, self-starter approach to tackling challenges and meeting deadlines.
