Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating final hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely results.
HR Operations & Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration as required.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Work closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Culture & Compliance
- Champion Plutus21s values and culture, ensuring alignment across all HR practices.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Provide support in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist roles.
- Strong personality with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
